    I like tribal starts a lot. Its fun to me having all my dudes in masks and being stuck without a freezer makes choices a lot more interesting. But whats sad to me is that your tribe starts losing its identity as it gets more stuff. Where at first your people are wearing war masks and huddling around firepits eventually they end up as just dudes in normal clothing watching tv wielding guns.

    Tribes are supposed to be a whole different culture right? Why not give them some special advanced technology tribal stuff? Like I dunno, steel power armour war masks or tribal blessed technology? Mix in that whole mysticism meets technology thing you have going with the anima tree.

    For a while there when you have cyborgs in war masks because you bought a bunch of bionics its pretty fun imagining that weird mixing of advanced with primitive. Imagine a ancient maori warrior culture but the people have cybernetics!

    You could end up with some interesting stufff, maybe even introduce a rare faction of techno-tribals and from a gameplay perspective it could be a great reward for sticking with tribals long enough to pay for all that extra costly research.

    I just woke up from a dream about a Rimworld ARG/Creepypasta

    Basically it was a mod, at first the mod just seems normal but then things start happening.

    After a playing for a while the weather would change to something called "Firestorm" or something like that. During this weather fire would spread around in random places and the screen would have this sort of fire-y effect on it.

    After that, the weather would change to "Cold Front" during this weather, your screen would be tinted blue, and it would be raining heavily. Your computer would also open a pdf file, this pdf talks about the history of humanity.

    After that, you'd get the weather would change to "Remember the Boring Days?" During this all of the wildlife would die, all trees would be burnt and nearly every tile of the map would be tinted a yellow/brown color, similar to that of dead grass.

    Your computer would open up a video, this video talks about the history of evolution, accompanied by haunting drawings. Eventually it would start talking about major events in human history, accompanied by crude visuals representing the events, like cutting out pieces of a magazine and arranging them to make a scene of some sort. The graphics would jitter on occasion. It then cuts to live footage of a man destroying things in his house, the final bit of the video details someone in a very small room, holding an axe. A small amount of blood visible on the walls and carpet. The person seems to be considering chopping their own finger off with the axe, but it doesn't happen.

    That's where my dream ended, probably one of the more interesting dreams I had. Just thought I'd type it down here.
