    This is just going to be me gushing over my new favorite things since playing 1.1.

    • The ruins are more than just a quick spot to make a room after crashlanding. There are more sources for stone blocks, and the pots just laying around those ruins have beauty and can be reinstalled in rooms to make rooms go from awful to dull.
    • The sand bags require different materials, and there's an alternative that can use wood, steel, and other things for those who love the tribal start and lack miners.
    • Vanilla Animals Expanded - Livestock mod is actually part of the main game now, so beware of manhunter geese. I'll be raising guinea pigs for leather because my morals left me after 1500 hours of this game.
    • NEW HAIR AND BACKSTORIES! YES!
    • The research tree shows the specific things that you can build and make if you research it.
    • Stomachs not being a vital organ allows me to harvest four organs from people before killing them because mood debuffs be damned.

    I'm gonna be here struggling through tropical rainforests since bridge mechanics changed, but I'm way too excited now. This feels like a good Rimworld overhaul compared to 1.0.

    Can someone explain to me how did the 1.1 happened? I thought Tynan was pretty much done with the game when he made B19. That he later updated to 1.0. is he back or something? 😆

    If you're concerned about your mods not working on 1.1, this should stop updates until they've gotten a patch.

    Right click on Rimworld in your Steam library, click on Properties, then Betas and select 1.0. If I'm not mistaken this will halt updates when 1.1 gets a solid release.
