Typical Tuesday Tutorial Thread -- July 14, 2020 Posted: 14 Jul 2020 01:14 AM PDT Please use this thread as a week-to-week space to ask your fellow /r/RimWorld colonists for assistance. Whether it be colony planning, help with mods, or general guidance, post any questions you may have here! If you have an effort post about a game mechanic then this is also fine space for that but please consider making a separate subreddit post for maximum visibility. I am a bot, so I can't make jokes. Posted: 14 Jul 2020 02:58 AM PDT Until recently I didn't care about animals' nuzzles but in last run got 2 labrador retrievers with nuzzle interval being 12 hours. Noticed, that some pawns got nuzzled x2 with a nice mood bonus +6. And it can attack, rescue and haul, which makes it very good animal in my opinion. On negative side it doesn't graze. So, are there better nuzzling animals? And I mean overall, not just for its ability to nuzzle. I heard chinchillas' nuzzle interval is 24 hours but you can amass them without worrying for food. Also, what are cats good for? Can they even bond? Pity they can't attack in game. As an owner of two cats, I can say they definitely can attack. [link] [comments] |

Looking for a mod that forces colonists to use oldest ingredients first when cooking. Posted: 13 Jul 2020 07:26 PM PDT I have a room full of rice and potatoes, some of which will rot away in a few days, some in a few months, and the pawns only pick the stacks that are closest to the oven. Is there any mod that will make them take ingredients that are closest to their expiration date? [link] [comments] |
